The slit flex tamper evidence band ensures that the bottles are applied efficiently with low reject rates on the filling line. The consumer can easily remove the lid with low removal torques.

BERICAP closures for still water offer a microbiologically safe system due to the hygienic production process and selected raw materials. The resin and masterbatches are specifically developed for the use with still water. Most of the closures are slip agent free to ensure that no off-taste or odor will occur, and migration into the water is not possible. BERICAP closures are made with certified food-compliant resins.In order to meet the growing demand for either recycled or bio-based material BERICAP can offer closures for Still Mineral Water made with resins based on a mass balance concept. The overall mass balance at the resin producer allows to claim and certify to have bio-based or recycled resin as base material for the products. The surface of the closures for still mineral water offers opportunities for product branding with embossment or top print. Embossment is an elegant medium to brand a product and has no negative implication for the process like migration or contamination from other closure production processes.
